Privacy Policy
Maintaining your privacy is a vital part of our relationship with you as a student. We are committed to the security of your personal information and strictly adhere to Australian government legislation (Privacy Act 1988). Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum (ANME) complies with your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as to how your personal information is used and controlled. The ANME respects your privacy. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when you provide email contact information to subscribe to the ANME email list, send feedback to the ANME, register for one of Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum’s courses or respond to a survey. If you voluntarily provide your email address or other contact information, we might also use it to inform you of changes to the ANME, to survey you about your use or opinion of the ANME, or to ask for your support. At your request, we will remove your contact information from our files.
We do not make your contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to anyone outside the ANME or its service providers (who use the information only for authorized ANME purposes) unless we are legally required to do so.
In addition to the above, we collect certain anonymous (non-personally identifiable) information to help us improve the ANME web site and to evaluate the access and use of ANME materials and the impact of the ANME on the worldwide educational community:
We collect information you provide about your use of and satisfaction with the ANME through email you send us, through ANME feedback forms, and through ANME surveys, whether or not you voluntarily include your contact information.
We may use web analysis tools that are built into the ANME web site to measure and collect anonymous session information.
We also use “cookies” to improve your ANME web experience and to collect anonymous information about how you use the ANME. However, cookies are not required for the ANME use. If your browser is configured not to accept cookies, you will still be able to access the ANME and its content.
When we report information about the Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum access, use, and impact, we report aggregate, non-personally identifiable data. Occasionally, we report quoted feedback from users. We do not attribute feedback to specific individuals unless we obtain permission to use that person’s name along with the feedback.
I, the student of the Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum, acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this privacy statement.
Terms & Conditions
To qualify for accreditation, a student must be able to fulfill the following obligations:
Demonstrate to the Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum that academic and technical skills have been obtained to a satisfactory degree, through examination of the online assessment portal with achieving the pass mark. RPL Recognised prior learning is not available. Further information regarding this process may be requested from the Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum.
Demonstrate that he or she will be a suitable member of the profession, through behaviour and manner.
- Satisfy all academic, financial, and clinical obligations to the Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum.
Withdrawals: Students wishing to withdraw from their studies completely once the course has commenced must advise the Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum in writing. All monies paid for that course are non-refundable and all course fees still outstanding and payments instalments plans are to be honoured. Withdrawals will be granted based on student’s reasoning and certificate of health from a registered doctor. Refer to the Student Handbook or contact the College for details.
Electronic Academic Transcripts and Certifications are issued once the student completes their enrolled course. Those graduates that are wishing to obtain a hardcopy (printed) version of their Certification will need to pay a fee of $80.00 (AUD$) and fill-in the Certification Order Form to submit to administration.
Students are strongly advised not to consult with the public until they have graduated, except under the guidance and supervision of a qualified practitioner.
The Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum, the College Board, lecturers, supervisors or staff will not be held liable in respect of any information, instruction or advice given to any student, ex-student or practitioner, whether directions given at any time or in any situation are followed or not. The courses are given as advice and instruction, and anyone carrying out treatment under these conditions must accept full responsibility for such consultation and/or treatment.
The College reserves the right to:
Make any changes at any time to policy, syllabus, lecturers, guidelines, schedules, costs, administration fees, seminars/tutorials, clinics, etc; or any other provision contained in the prospectus or any brochure.
Cancel or postponement, of a course practical is to occur, prior to the commencement of the course, enrolled students will be notified, and fees will be credited towards a course transfer of the practical or be refunded if complete cancellation of the practical occurs, requested in writing. Please note this policy only applies to those studying a course that requires a practical training component and does not apply if students are studying a distance education course (online).
Charge interest on all overdue course fees and/or payment for products ordered at the daily percentage rate equivalent to the prime overdraft rate for the time being applied by Stripe plus GST (10%). This charge applies from 5 working days after due date of payment.
To automatically add student details to the College mail list unless otherwise requested by the student in writing not to do so. This request must be in writing.

Compliments, Complaints & Appeals
Compliments
Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum students are actively encouraged to provide any positive feedback about their experiences with the College or any suggestions of improvement within the College’s existing programs or services, via email, student surveys or an anonymous letter to the college.
Complaints
Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum endeavours to provide quality services and training, however, should a student wish to make a complaint, the College welcomes the chance to improve its systems through consultative and constructive feedback from its students. It offers support through direct contact with the College and through access to feedback collection systems and appeals or complaints processes and policies.
Should a student feel that they have been unfairly treated, a miscommunication has occurred, or a problem encountered with a team member, they are asked to communicate their experiences to the ANME administrative team in order to ensure a resolution is found to every situation.
Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum is committed to dealing with complaints in a timely and constructive way. If wishing to make a complaint concerning any aspect of ANME’s services and training, the student should refer to the following processes:
Students may submit a complaint in writing directly to ANME’s administration by emailing it to admin@anme.com.au, with the purpose to resolve the complaint through discussion and through mutual agreement.
All complaints received in writing through the ANME Administrative team will be forwarded to ANME’s Management and acknowledged in writing.
All complaints when finalised, shall be reviewed by ANME’s Management for consideration for potential Continuous Improvement actions.
All complaints that are not received in writing by the administrative team will not be considered a formal complaint and no action will be committed. Any forms of slander or disgruntled words in the aims for social attention or unrest will not be considered a complaint and no action will committed to the offending party . Complaints resolved with students by mutual agreement with ANME’s Management will require the completion of the formal complaints process.
Assessment Appeals
An appeal is a request by a student for reconsideration of an unfavourable assessment result.
Should a student receive a ‘Not Yet Satisfactory’ result for an assessment completed and submitted within its expected duration they should take the following steps:
Resubmit a further attempt with guidance from ANME’s Training and Assessing staff, or
Appeal the result.
If a decision is being appealed, the student must present this in writing via email to adminstration and specify the particulars of the decision or finding in dispute.
Should a student’s resubmission still result in a ‘Not Yet Satisfactory’ then they are able to submit one further attempt or appeal the result.
Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum's Training & Assessing staff are required to:
Clarify for the student any aspects of the assessment results that they do not understand in a timely manner.
Explain the appeals processes available to them and provide each student that requests an assessment appeal with the required ‘Assessment Appeal form’.
Communicate directly via email as soon as possible with ANME’s Administration on any advice provided by a student that they are seeking to appeal an assessment decision.
All assessment appeals will be maintained on the student’s file and the student’s records will be adjusted to comply with ANME’s Administration appeal outcome decisions.
If the student is still dissatisfied with the outcome of the assessment appeal, they should follow the complaints process outlined above.
